Children’s Ministry
During the time of purple when we are getting ready for Easter, weekly lessons will include stories, videos, and activities that coordinate for all children in grades PreK-6. The Lenten season will explore the important events in the life of Jesus, particularly during Holy Week. Your household is invited to participate in any and all gatherings and activities that work for you. On Sunday mornings, you are invited to gather together via Zoom at 11 AM to review the Bible story of the week, share any art projects you have made, and visit online with classmates and teachers. Whenever possible, students will be invited to gather for fellowship in person.
Youth Group
As preparations are made for Easter, putting aside more time to pray, serve, pause/reflect, and grow in our time together with God will be the priority. As a group, we will focus on carving out moments each week to listen and just “be”. To do so, Youth Group gatherings for Compline (via Zoom on Sundays at 7 PM) will occur every other week and we will meet on one Sunday for Stations of the Cross and another for an Agape Meal, where families are welcome! Using the support of Holy Family’s Lenten Programs, Ashes to Alleluia and Walking Through Lent, along with additional provided resources, we will take deliberate steps together and on our own through Lent towards the resurrection of Christ.
