Children’s Ministry

During the season of Advent, each weekly Sunday school Bible story will have lessons, videos, and activities that coordinate for all children in grades PreK-6. Your household is invited to watch and participate in any and all that work for you. You are invited to gather together via Zoom at 11 AM on Sundays to review the Bible story of the week, share any art projects you have made, and visit online with classmates and teachers. While Holy Family’s outreach efforts continue all year, the holiday season brings about greater need. The November/December theme of “Caring for Others” will help children reflect on the stories of Jesus helping many people and encourage them and their families to find ways to serve as the heart and hands of Jesus in our community.

Youth Group

The season of Advent is a special time of new beginnings and anticipation. What more could be needed in 2020! The November/December theme of “Caring for Others” continues with the youth group focusing on and growing in their study of the book “This Book is Anti-Racist”. Following Jesus’s teachings and Holy Family’s mission of loving others, the youth will discuss ways to reach out during this more specific time of giving! Utilizing the Advent Activity Calendar, we hope that each household will find even more ways to reach out to help outwardly and inwardly! We will continue to gather together via Zoom at 1 PM on Sundays.
